The Accommodate in Place Initiative

Mental health and wellness have emerged as critical issues of our time and have only been compounded by the COVID-19 pandemic.  Wisconsin State Council SHRM has launched “The Accommodate in Place Initiative,” designed to facilitate conversations between employees experiencing hardships at work and HR professionals. The goal of the initiative is to provide HR professionals with a set of tools to help them design the best solution to meet the needs of their employees.
